Shipping and delivery

Where and how it ships.

Pre-orders are open for the countries on the pre-order form: the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Delivery to addresses in the European Union is free, and the €199 price includes VAT at the rate of your country. The pre-order page shows the VAT share for the country you choose.

For Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the United Kingdom the price excludes local VAT and import duties. Any delivery charge and the duties that apply are set out in the confirmation we send before payment, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

When it ships

A pre-order reserves a folio; nothing ships and nothing is charged until we have written to you to confirm the order and arranged payment. That message states the delivery window. Once the parcel is on its way you receive a tracking link by email.

Where it ships

We deliver to the country you selected when you placed the pre-order. If you move before the folio ships, write to support with your reference and the new address.

If a parcel is late or damaged

Track the parcel with the link in your shipping email first. If it has not moved for several days, or arrives damaged, write to support with your reference and, for damage, a photograph. We replace or refund; you do not deal with the carrier yourself.

Delivery within the European Union, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein is covered by your statutory rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described under Returns and withdrawal.
