Returns and withdrawal
Thirty days to decide.
If the folio isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is set out below.
Returning within 30 days
Write to support within 30 days of delivery, quoting your reference. We reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label for addresses in the European Union. As soon as the folio reaches us, we refund the full price, including the original delivery cost, to the payment method you used — within 14 days at the latest.
The folio should come back complete and in the condition you received it. Full-grain leather picks up marks quickly, so try it indoors, with clean hands, until you have decided to keep it. Where a folio comes back with signs of use beyond what is needed to examine it, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the folio.
To exercise the right, inform us — ERONIX, info@eronix.eu — of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email or a letter. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except any supplementary cost arising from a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; you incur no fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the folio back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
Send the folio back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send it before the 14 days have expired. For addresses in the European Union we bear the cost of returning the folio and provide a return label; from other countries you bear the direct cost of the return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the folio resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Guarantee
Every folio carries a 2-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to the statutory guarantee of conformity that applies in your country. Natural variation in the leather — grain, colour, markings — and the patina it develops with use are not defects; they are the material doing what it should. Wear from use, and damage from solvents, prolonged wetting or heat, are not covered.
To make a claim, write to support with your reference and a photograph. We repair, replace or refund; you do not pay for the return of a defective folio.
These terms do not limit your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in Switzerland, where no statutory right of withdrawal exists, the 30-day return described here applies in full.
